We have extensive experience of automated and manual next day delivery systems, while same day deliveries reflect today’s need to exceed customer expectations. We use detailed metrics to assess the optimal paths between service centres and customer locations, whether your business involves palletised work or multi drop route planning. We also appreciate the importance of letting client brands take centre stage, which is why our work is often conducted on a white label basis.
OUR FLEET
Organic growth has seen the Blue Circle Inc. fleet expand to over 250 vehicles, of all shapes and sizes. This blend of rented and purchased vehicles forms the bedrock of our successful business. We’re not wedded to a particular marque or model, but we do ensure every vehicle is optimised for purpose, and perfectly suited to the driver’s requirements.
To meet Blue Circle Inc.’ exacting standards, every vehicle in our fleet is fitted with security locks and trackers. These enable us to monitor and optimise driver performance. Drivers are also equipped with delivery kits and ID badges, while safety is addressed through the provision of protective clothing and hands-free smartphones. These tools enable our team to efficiently tackle the unique time pressures of same day deliveries, as well as managing either automated or manual delivery systems.
DRIVERS WANTED
Because our business is constantly expanding, Blue Circle Inc. welcomes applications from people wanting to join our team. However, because our clients always come first, we expect high standards from our drivers. You’ll be required to undergo a Basic Disclosure check, as well as being drug and alcohol tested prior to joining us.
We welcome applications from drivers with different backgrounds, since industry experience isn’t always essential. Some specialist roles may require a track record of delivery excellence, but we provide extensive training for depot-based positions. We offer a performance-related bonus scheme and a high degree of driver autonomy, while exceptional drivers often become Blue Circle Inc. Ambassadors. This gives them the chance to train new drivers and teach advanced skills to colleagues – making our Ambassadors a vital part of the Blue Circle Inc. family.

MEET OUR TEAM
Blue Circle Inc. is headed by Terry Forrest, an industry veteran who started his career as a sole trader handling deliveries and collections for Kodak. Having also worked with Home Delivery Network, Hermes, FedEx and ANC, Terry subsequently established long-term contracts with a number of these firms. Elite drivers like Marius Gabor have become brand Ambassadors, while the likes of Darren Browne and Chris Carden are among the familiar faces handling same day and next day deliveries throughout the UK.

Given how heavily our clients rely on us, Blue Circle Inc. only chooses dependable partners of our own to work with. Nothing is allowed to compromise our performance, or to reduce our availability across the UK when our clients need us. In terms of vehicle hire, we currently work with Enterprise/Burnt Tree, Herd Van Hire and Northgate Vehicle Hire. And since keeping our fleet in optimal condition is equally crucial (from servicing and MOTs to occasional bodywork repairs), we have a roster of talented mechanics and experts throughout the UK.
